Hi. I have a dog in quarantine in Kuching. My dog is always panting due to the current hot weather. The fans are practically useless, turning at about 50rpm. Is it possible to get her out of quarantine after a week or two? Or is it possible to replace the fans? The weather is so hot that I cannot stand being in her kennel even for 5 minutes, what more to say a dog with higher body temperature.
