SVA Animal Awareness Run with Miao and Wafu Pafu

In order to enhance public awareness of responsible pet ownership and animal welfare, food safety and rabies awareness, the Sarawak Veterinary Association will organize serias of awareness program including road show and fun run on April 28, July 28 and September 29, 2018 respectively. The fun runs are Miao Run, Siyok Run and Woof Run, with a registration fee of RM55 per person. Participants will receive T-shirt and medal. Participants who register for all runs before March 31 will receive a rebate of RM15.

The most interesting part of the run is the medal from all three runs can be combine into a big medal, collecting three medals to be combined. The first awareness road show will be held from April 27 to April 29, 2018 at the Plaza Merdeka in Kuching with the theme of "Animal Welfare and Responsible Pet Ownership" and it is in conjunction with World Veterinary Day which is on 28th April 2018. The exhibition will highlight on proper pet health management, free veterinary consultation, awareness talks, photo competitions, games, 3D photo booth, children coloring contests, urban sketches and many more exciting program and prizes to be given away.
